Hobby Pets is in development for Android. Public release details will appear on this website. If you are already an invited tester, use your existing invitation or contact Jeremy for help.
How can I try Hobby Pets?
There is no public store download linked yet. Ask Jeremy about the project. Please do not send a child's personal details in an enquiry.
Do I have to use online chat?
No. Online chat is optional. Availability depends on your account, supported verification, country and any required guardian permission. You can find the available options in the game's Chat and Settings screens.
My age check or parent verification is stuck
Return to Hobby Pets with an internet connection and check the result. If it remains pending, email the method you used, when the problem happened, and the exact message shown. A Test result does not grant live child permissions. Do not email face images, identity documents, passwords, verification codes or card details.
How do I report a bug?
Use the feedback option in the game's Settings, or email Jeremy with your device model, app version and the steps that caused the issue. If including a screenshot, remove email addresses, private conversations and other people's information first.
How do I report a player or a safety concern?
Use the in-game report and block tools where available. For a follow-up, email a safety report with the relevant username and approximate time. Avoid sending a child's private information or copying harmful content unnecessarily. This inbox is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
