A little clarity.

This notice covers the App Games website. The game has its own Hobby Pets privacy notice and account terms.

1. Who runs this website

App Games is Jeremy's independent app development project in Australia. For website privacy questions, email jezzahh1@gmail.com.

2. Visiting the site

This is an informational website. It does not offer account registration, collect camera or microphone input, or include advertising trackers or analytics added by App Games. Firebase Hosting serves the website; Cloudflare manages its domain and DNS. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, request logs and other technical information to deliver, maintain and protect their services, under their own terms.

3. Your preferences

The animation pause control saves a small preference in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to App Games. Colour choices and the optional intro sound are used in the current page only. Clearing this site's browser data removes the saved motion preference. Your device's reduced-motion setting is respected.

4. Contacting Jeremy

Email links open your email application; you choose whether to send a message. If you do, your address and message are used to respond, handle support or resolve the request. Email is handled using Gmail. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents, face recordings, payment details or unnecessary information about children.

5. Keeping and managing messages

Messages are kept as needed to respond, follow up and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing Jeremy. We may need to confirm that you control the relevant account before acting. Provider processing and storage may occur outside your country.

6. Links and updates

External services have their own privacy notices. This page will be updated if the website's features or processing change. For game account data, guardian permission and game verification providers, use the separate Hobby Pets notice.
