Should I send a full specification?
Only if you have one. A few clear sentences, a sketch or links to references are a useful starting point. Keep the first message focused on the core idea.
Is the brief sent automatically?
No. There is no server submission. Preview your brief, then choose whether to copy, download or open an email draft. You send the email yourself.
Can I request a call?
Yes. Include that preference and your timezone in your email. A call can be arranged by mutual agreement; there is no automatic booking or guaranteed availability.
